Bengaluru, Mar 24: The Bangalore chapter of Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE) held its leadership team meeting at Century Club on Friday March 20, with the participation of around 37 lead members. The session focused on key leadership and growth-oriented discussions, with mentoring taking centre stage.
A key highlight of the evening was a structured mentoring initiative titled ‘Leading Growth Together’. As part of this, 14 KE members participated in focused breakout sessions, engaging with groups of 2–3 mentors each from the leadership team for an hour of intensive interaction.
Lead members, aligned to their areas of expertise, facilitated mentoring tables where they engaged closely with mentees, understanding their business challenges, growth aspirations, and specific requirements. Mentors shared valuable insights and practical guidance to help mentees navigate their entrepreneurial journeys and scale their businesses effectively.
For several early-stage entrepreneurs, the session proved particularly beneficial, offering clarity on business planning, strategic direction, and actionable next steps to move forward with their ideas.
