- Challenges and Perseverance: She shared candidly about the obstacles she faced early in her entrepreneurial journey and how she overcame them with perseverance and a long-term vision, supported by timely advice from a friend about giving herself 3 years or 1000 days.
- Power of Collaboration and Mentorship: Vilina highlighted the importance of collaboration among recruitment consultants for mutual success. She also emphasized the transformative impact of mentorship in her career, citing examples of mentors who influenced her skills and mindset.
