At the latest edition of KE Founders’ Fiesta on 1oth July 2026 at Konkan Samudhai Bhavan, members of Kanara Entrepreneurs Bengaluru had the privilege of listening to Naveen R D’Souza, Founder & CEO Souza Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., as he took us through the journey behind building a successful enterprise.

There were no shortcuts in the story—only resilience, persistence, continuous learning, and a willingness to embrace uncertainty.

One message stayed with everyone in the room:
“Process. Process. Process.”

Naveen shared how success isn’t built by working harder alone, but by building systems that allow businesses to grow consistently and sustainably. Equally inspiring was his humility in acknowledging the mentors, family, colleagues, customers, and friends who played a part in his journey.

More than a business story, the evening reminded us that entrepreneurship is about creating opportunities, celebrating small wins, building meaningful relationships, and never stopping the pursuit of excellence.
