About our Panelist:

Roshan is the Founder of Tripvillas – a specialist in the management and rental of vacation homes. During the pandemic, Tripvillas has moved rapidly to automate and enhance the relationship with its prospects and existing owners as the industry has gone through shock, then optimism, and finally relief as consumer behaviour has shown strong resilience in the holiday home rental business model and opportunity. Tripvillas and its businesses have focused on increased engagement with customers
through video, cost reduction through automation, and deepening the quality and depth of relationships with customers. Roshan will demonstrate some of the tools used by Tripvillas to handle large number of enquiries and deepen the engagement with prospects.

Nishan is the Head of Business Development at Deccan Group of Companies, a four decades old firm involved in the Manufacturing of uPVC Doors and Windows, Export of Leather Garments and in Construction and Leasing of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Workspaces. He will provide insights on how Deccan through DIY approach effectively used the digital platform to onboard new clients.

Elrona is a Partner of S&K Consulting, a boutique HR Consultancy firm committed to maximizing people potential and performance. Fusing global outlook with local smarts, S&K aims to create tangible change and measurable results. She will share her experience in establishing a new business that was just established pre-covid and growing it in the midst of Covid mainly through digital marketing.

Leslie is a Director of Canterbury Castles, a family Run Real-Estate Business at the foot of Nandi Hills. This is legacy based project that was envisioned by his father to build a safe investment opportunity to NRI’s from across the world wanting to invest in a high yield and appreciating property. The Covid situation impacted the Real Estate significant and all physical site visits dipped to a low creating new challenges. He will share his experiences on how digital marketing can be used for large value transactions such as in Real Estate. How Covid helped them pivot to online channels and the benefits reaped as a result.
