Severity Levels Description Time
Critical Business Impact An occurrence that greatly prevents the business from operating and the system is not usable. 4 Hour
Medium Business Impact An occurrence that has a major Business Impact. The service is available. The business is operational but important functions that are normally available are not usable. 1 Business Day
Low Business Impact An occurrence that has minor business impact. The System is not seriously affected; the business is operational but not functioning as intended. This incident may also result in the degradation in the System performance. 3 Business Day

Types of support 

Kanara Entrepreneurs  support agreement covers the following:

  • Phone, email support – 9 AM to 6 PM (Indian Standard Time) Monday – Saturday
  • Monitoring of the system
  • Product upgrade
