On a bright morning of 9th November 2024, the KE community gathered for a heartfelt meet and greet over breakfast, eager to hear from a remarkable individual whose life journey embodies resilience, dedication, and a commitment to values. Mark Dsouza, a Chartered Accountant by profession, shared his inspiring story with us, offering a glimpse into the experiences that shaped him into the esteemed gentleman he is today.

Hailing from Neerude, Mangalore, Mark’s early life was deeply intertwined with his family’s general store, where he learned the foundational principles of business. This experience not only ingrained in him the significance of customer service and relationships but also laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.

Mark’s academic journey began at St. Francis Xavier’s School and continued at St. Aloysius College, where his perseverance paid off as he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. With 36 years of experience in the field, Mark remains dedicated to staying abreast of new business trends and government policies, always striving to provide the best for his clientele.
