Hailing from Shirva, a village near Udupi, served in the Pharma Industry in various capacities in the field of Research, Production and International marketing . He was the head of International marketing in Hikal Ltd before taking a plunge into his own business. He founded his own company, CAD Pharma Inc, a Import – export company and later founded Lint Pharmaceuticals LLP which has its own brands of medicines in the market. Having more than 30 years experience in the Pharmaceutical field, he is also active in many social organisations . He was the President of organisations like Konkan Catholic Association, Bangalore, Rotary Club , Arekere. Besides this, he was the Chairman of the Federation of Konkani Catholic Association which is an umbrella organisation of 35 Associations globally and also the Vice President of Tuluverenkulu, a Tulu organisation. He was also the founder President of KE, Bangalore.
